The HK Super Absorbent Pads (US Patent No. 6,162,960) used as post-surgical dressings for Liposuction and other procedures using Tumescent Local Anesthesia such as Vein Ablation and Phlebectomy are now available in an easy-to-order package bundle with the HK Super Absorbent Pads - Full Package. In addition to the post-surgical pads, HK Super Absorbent OR Table Sheets are also included.
Practices prefer to keep multiple sizes on hand so they have the flexibility of dressing the patient's post-surgical incision sites with the right size pads which vary by person, treated area, and procedure. Depending on the amount of Tumescent Anesthesia used, the practice may also send the patient home with pads for post-surgical dressing changes.
