Abbott Canisters
The Abbott Canister is an aspiration canister (also known as a suction canister) commonly used for fat collection in liposuction or blood and fluid collection during other surgical procedures. It is compatible with the HK Aspirator.
The easy-to-use, reusable canister is a tall, cylinder shape and is made from a durable, hard-shell plastic. Used in conjunction with an Abbott Liner, it can hold up to 1900 cc (2000 mL).
HK Heavy Aspiration Tubing (AT375) or HK Aspiration Tubing (AT6-10) both fit Abbott Canisters.

The built-in luer lock connection allows for easy positioning of the cannula during fine, delicate facial liposuction or suction in the subdermal areas such as the face and chin or other small treatment areas. Adjustable adhesive Velcro™ strips (sold separately) are used to prevent slippage of HK Binders (sold separately) when they are used together. The Super Absorbent Pads are used on patients as post-op dressings for Liposuction and other Tumescent Local Anesthesia procedures such as Vein Ablation and Phlebectomy. The Super Absorbent OR Table Sheets are used on the operating table and are a favorite by providers as they love how the fluid wicks into the pad leaving the surface dry to the touch and minimizes the need to change pads during the procedure.
For liposuction, the sizes in the Economy Pad Package are the most common for post-liposuction dressings of treated areas such as the abdomen, inner and outer thighs, hips, flanks, and arms which vary by person, treated area, and procedure.
